Help needed choosing an upgrade.

Hi all.
I am currently using a setup that has Crossfire 5750's and am looking to upgrade to a single card setup. I am not partial to Radeon or Ge Force. Is there any significant upgrades that can be had at about the $250 range?
Here are some other specs of my system if it helps.
CPU_Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz Memory Module
(x3) Mem_Capacity: 2048MB Mem_Type: DDR3 Mem_Bandwidth: PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) Mem_Frequency: 1604MHz

Two 5750's are roughly equal to a 5850 or maybe a 6850/6870. For 250 dollars, all you can really get is a 6950 or a gtx 560ti. Both will be faster than your two current cards but not by a ton.

Your best bet is to save a little more, or sell the two cards you have and move up to GTX 570 or a 6970.
