Where exactly do you plan on getting this card from? Where do you live? You need to include these details.

Sorry to break it to you, but most cards regardless of your budget will not run very well in your system. You CPU is holding you back and your PSU is weak. I should save up IMO.

Your power supply is 150W, which is a bit weak for that card.

EDIT: saw that the OP said 150W. Don't know if that is correct unless he replaced the PSU. The manual says 270W. 270W should be fine for a Radeon 5450 which is the card that I would suggest.

@OP
It would be helpful to know what you want to do with the computer. If you intend to watch movies/shows on your TV via HDMI then this card will work great. If you want to do much more it really isn't powerful enough.

my psu
max cotinuos output power is 250w
max surge output power is 270w (10 secs)

main things i want to do is link it to my 42" hd tv via hdmi.
play latest games but not great detail just want to play black ops/ fifa 11.
graphics between xbox 1/ xbox 360.
watch blue rays/

i can change my low profile box for a bigger pc tower with a psu unit all in. then get graphics card witch will go with cpu and psu.
