Is my graphics card holding back my computer?

Hello!

So I have a Hp Pavillion http://www.techbuy.com.au/p/150005/HP/VT661AA.asp

It can only play Black Ops on lowest settings and lowest res and I was just wondering if the ATI HD Radeon 5450 it has is holding it back, because I heard that graphics card isn't for gaming. The processor and ram looks good enough, but I'm no expert in this area.

If it is holding my PC back can anyone recommend a better graphics card for me to buy and replace it with?

budget is quitely high then pick out gtx560ti.

id like to game at a resolution greater than 800x600 :S. By the way thank you all for your responses, I have more one more question.. is it hard to replace the PSU? And can my case fit most graphics card? i dont wana buy one then realise it doesnt fit

what resolution is your monitor native?that helps more than just above 800x600 which is the lowest possible

well you can get a new 5450 for $30. i dont think anyone would buy a used one for more than $15.
