Deciding between these three. The Sabertooth as well as the Maximus V Formula been honorees for CES 2013.

I can't decide. All three are good. Money doesn't matter, just trying to find out which is better. The Sabertooth looks ugly because of it's color scheme (even if I easily take off the thermal armor for no temperature increase), though the Maximus looks awesome, especially on a black case with red LED lights and big side panel. And the Maximus also has better audio.

I'll be OC'ing my i7 2700k/3770k (undecided) to 4GHz. I'm a hardcore gamer, but I will be doing light video editing every here and there.

Well for video then LGA 2011 and 32GB~64GB RAM.

For LGA 1155 then the ASUS Maximus V Extreme - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131858 which supports up to 4-WAY SLI/CF. The onboard audio on the ASUS Maximus V Formula is as good as the cheapest discrete sound card you can find. Casual video editing I'd still only look at 16GB of RAM minimum, but more is better.

Also for 'video' only an i7 CPU, and for LGA 2011 the i7-3930K or LGA 1155 the i7-3770K.

So the Formula mobo would be better?

Depends on what's your version of 'better' is, personally I like the Sabertooth Z77 over the Maximus V Formula. In the real world a 5 year warranty on a MOBO is good. Either can easily OC to 4 GHz, so if it's a shallow looks thing and you like red = black then the Maximus V Formula.

My Sabertooth X79 IMHO looks fine:

The thing is - it has a great color scheme.. it will match my black case with red LEDs... however, I'm a 85 - 90% gamer and this is made for gamers. It's a pretty tough choice. The Sabertooth looks a bit ugly.
