Three possible solutions:-
Click Start., choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Click OK.
or
Click Start, choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
Click OK.
or
Click Start, choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 Initpki.dll
Click OK.
Otherwise post to the WU NG stating what you've tried and your os etc
