Although what you may be looking for is a "Intel Core i7".

When we were about to released the 1st generation Intel® Core™ i7-900's some site got just a bit of information that these processors were 900 model #s and we had people calling on getting the Intel Core i9 for months afterwards. There is not plan to release an Intel Core i9 processor now or into the future.

I9 was the rumored name of Gulftown, it never happened, they were labeled I7. No processors carries the name I9.
