Help Me Choose a Reliable Motherboard

I want a motherboard than has overclocking capability and is under $150. I've already chosen one but I haven't bought it yet and it need an opinion. I prefer buying from amazon instead of newegg or any other website.

Take a look at this one, GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H , my opinion Gigabyte is more reliablethan Asrock.
