I keep getting this Cmos fail and don't know how to fix it

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
Recurring CMOS failure which prompts you into BIOS to reset the system clock can be 'fixed' by replacing the CMOS battery. If you cannot get into BIOS at all from the failure screen, that's a little more serious but hopefully replacing the battery will get you back to normal.

Thank You for Your input, This a brand new system just about, I built it back in Oct. 2012. It was doing ok until I cleared the C-MOSS Then it started giving me that error about C-MOS Fail. I haven't seen it in a while now,. Mabey it corrected it's self. Everything seems to be working just fine, Thanks again
