Computer case

I need help, im trying to find a very cheap case (by cheap $100 preferably $75 or less) that has the following:
Cable management holes( preferably rubbered but idc)
A side windows for viewing into case
Coolermaster Haf style if you know what i mean but also like the NZXT lexa
they are very expensive though and not enough fans, i would love all of your opinions. Please reply i spend much time looking and analyzing

i liked the RAIDMAX atlas and seiren but the seiren is too expesive but i might get it anyways

the atlas has a 500w psu too, i doubt it will be very good though but for that price point you cant complain, also i like the seiren too looks awesome.

Well you are right ghost_floridian... I was looking at the Thermaltake commander and i like it. Especially the snow edition. Tell me what you guys think!

Thanks rufus but i was trying to keep the price under $75. Thanks though it's greatly appreciated this is my first time building a serious computer. I wanted a nice case though. I'm not saying the one you chose isnt nice though

To be clear I have no first hand experience with them but cant give them a thumbs up based on what I've heard also the haf ,,,, Basic ? I think it is got good scores for price and ( this isn't a word ) Upgradeability ..
