Why does my ga-ep35-ds3l keep shutting down and starting again

I plugged a memory card from my camera into the card reader and it shut my system down. Now after trying various attempts to get it back where it was running good, when I power up it starts for a few seconds then shuts down and starts itself and shuts down. It just keeps repeating the sequence.

try unplugging the card reader it may have shorted out. i would try another ps and bare bones the pc and clean it out of dust..make sure the fans are working and the ram is seated. right now you have to see if it the ps or the mb that died.
