Will there any problem when attaching 1Gb RAM and 2Gb RAM together

Hello guys,i'm about to upgrade my RAM
My main is asus p5kpl-am ( support up to 4Gb )
I'm already had a 1 Gb RAM DDR2 800mhz (Kingmax)
Is there any problem if I attach a 2Gb RAM DDR2 800mhz (by Kingmax,too) together in this mainboard?
