Pretty sure chassis intrusion is a feature included on some motherboards to let you know if someone has opened the case to try and remove something

There should be a jumper on the board that needs replacing to cancel that. Or else, some boards have the enable/disable feature in BIOS you can change. What is the make/model of your board?

Just Disable that feature in the BIOS, it is only enabled if you want a beep to occur when the cover of the PC is removed. It's an office security feature that is more annoying than useful.

Usually found in the Security tab in Bios.
