Battlefield 3 out of memory error

When playing Battlefield 3 for about 15 minutes, I get an error message (out of memory):

DirectX function "device->CreateTexture2D(&texDesc, desc.subResourceCount != 0 ? reinterpret_cast<const D3D11_SUBRESOURCE_DATA*>(desc.subResourcedata) :0, &texture->_texture2d)* failed with E_OUTOFMEMORY: Ran out of memory. GPU: "ATI Radeon HD 6900 Series*, Driver:11.10

I have the latest drivers 11.10 preview 3 and have uninstalled/reinstalled. Anyone have a similar problem or have a fix?

Seems like amd drivers are still for open beta.

More about battlefield memory error
  1. lower you're textures settings might work
  2. how much ram do you have? are you using a 64 bit OS? try disable crossfire.
  3. figured it out... had to enable page file
  4. I need help also.

    I play fine for the first few minutes then i start to lag and eventually crash to desktop w/o error message around 10-15 minutes.

    I play on high settings
