Does anyone else have an issue with the northbridge heatsinks? I was installing my CPU cooler and I touched the heatsink for the northbridge and it doesnt seem to be on their very well. It wobbles and it doesn't seem to have great contact with the northbridge.

Should I remove it, re apply thermal paste, then put it back on?

and if thats correct, what type of thermal paste should someone use?

Solution
i think you are talking about voltage regulator heatsinks around your socket...intel nothbridge is integrated into the cpu...dont worry about the wobbly heatsinks on the voltage regulators...dont move them...

Sorry I forgot to mention its a AM3+ board. If its the voltage regulator still, ill leave it alone.

I just wanted to get anothers opinion before I start removing or modding

Thanks!
