My screen just went all pixelated. I checked my cards temp, and it i only running at 56 degrees. What would cause this?http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/7503/img20111025082350.jpg

Hi Kayn,

I am sorry to say so but it may well be your GT8800 be simply worned off and going to a end of life.
Although....
1)I would turn off the PC, Unplung thr cord, boot 10 seconds to juice out any electricity left in the system, then Air blow the CPU and graphic card and then overall system. If it does not work then....
2) I would check out newest and older driver to see if it solves the issue. If nothing works, then check for a BIOS update and if it still does not work and you do not have anything ultra important on your HDD then I would go for a good HDD wipe and reinstall everything.
Your screen issue happened to me about 10 years ago with old old old Nvidia card, I was able to fix it but only to see it live for another 10 minutes or so and would go again in pixelated screen mode, I contacted the vendor only to be told that the graphic card was just overused and worned off.
