Difference between intel r hd graphics 3000 and nvidia geforce gt 525m 1gb

The GeForce GT 525M is better. At least you have a chance to play some games with medium quality graphics. Whereas the Intel HD 3000 you will have very low chances of playing with medium quality graphics.

Needless to say they are both rather weak, but the GT 525M is not as weak.

Also, the Intel HD 3000 will use your system RAM while the GT 525M has dedicated RAM.
