Six months ago I had an ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe and it is somewhy broken (it doesn't boot) and I want to buy one of the above MB instead of it.
If you have or are going to get a "K" model processor than you should be looking at Z68 or Z77 chipset based board. While you may not use the overclocking features there is not reason to handcap yourself in the future. The basic difference between the H77 and the Z68 or Z77 is that that the Z's are designed for performance and will allow you to do some overclocking. So I personally would go with the MSI Z77A-GD65.
