Reinstalled xp on acer r1600 can\'t find correct nvidia networking controller dr

I re-installed and oem version of win xp sp3 onto acer aspire r1600 nettop and can't locate correct nvidia network controller driver on internet - even tried nvida site and acer site - have yellow exclamation point on network adapter -> Nvidia network controller

The network controller is probably part of one of multifunction chipsets -- download drivers for these from Acer, hopefully.
