Is this build good?

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual-Core G620 2.6GHz box (sock 1155)
MB: ASRock H61M-VS
RAMS: Kingston ValueRAM 4GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9
VIDEO: Gainward GeForce GT440 512MB DDR5 128-bit

Will it run on a 450W PSU?

And im planing to buy this for now beacause my PC is almost dead and try to upgrade it later.
Will a i5 or i7 work on that MB?

Yes a non K intel processor will be fine on that mobo. I said non K because on that mobo you can overclock ,and you don't need to spend moneys for something what you can use.
450W its enough for your PC.

should run fine on a 450W PSU...but get a good brand.

Antec Neo Eco 400W, Corsair CX 430W would be the ones I'd look at first.
