Hey guys. This is my first time posting. :]

I own an Asus W90VP-X1 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220503) & I seem to be having an issue with one of my two graphics cards as seen here (http://i.imgur.com/5ZFTx.jpg).

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? Could it be a hardware issue? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

@COLGeek

I've just recently noticed it, but for all I know, it may have been happening for a while. It's not something I've noticed, but I'm afraid it's affecting game performance. (Super paranoia thanks for Battlefield 3 :])

Catalyst Control Center used to let me turn Crossfire on and off, but now I can't find that option.

Here are the temps: 76 C according to CCC.

Unlucky you.
First, check your power supply, you probably need something like a 800W for support both card on your pc, I suppose you have at least a 700W+?

I also could recommand you, uninstall drivers from ATi and download the package from Asus. Perhaps this will help.

And finaly check all the power plug. I remember I had a hard drive become unresponsive... because a bad power wire.

I hope this will help

The laptop/mobile HD48XXM models use less power than the desktop versions and they aren't directly comparable. Regardless, heat is the issue if idling at 76C. Time for an RMA/service. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Good luck!
