ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6 ATX vs Asus F2A85-V Pro ?

I am in the process of building with the AMD A10- 5800K so I am trying to get some info on which board to use:

ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6 ATX vs Asus F2A85-V Pro

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated... the ASUS is about $30 more so I am not sure if it is worth the price since this will be my first build.

is my build to date.. it will be used for some games and everyday use .
