Hiya! So im having a issue with my computer right now, no matter what game I play I seem to keep getting these stutters for about 1-2 seconds my whole game freezes and the audio does this terrible RRRRRRRRR sound, it happens very randomly. I have already updated all my drivers, re-installed windows, and I have no overheating issues, and from monitoring my CPU and MEM usuage it doesn't spike at all to 100%, I cant seem to find the problem at all! I hope I can get some help here I really wanna play my games! Oh! also it happens more in online games then offline games, but it still happens in offline as well. I also built this PC less than a year ago, heres the specs!

How are your ram slots populated?
Try clearing CMOS and looking at your board i think it should be put in 2nd and 4th slot A2 and B2 if you have ram 2 sticks
If it wont help, then maybe try flashing your bios to the new version.
