What is the best and cheapest PSU for Radeon HD 5670?

Intel core 2 duo e7300@2.66 ghz
2 GB DDR2 Ram
Win 7
I will buy ati radeon hd 5670. Which psu do i buy since my current inbuilt one is only 250 W. I want a good quality budget psu for around 20 ~ 25 dollars or 1000 rupees which is sufficient for my pc + graphic card????!!!
