Computer won't turn on with more than one RAM module installed.

CPU: AMD Phenom II 975 BE
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-ud3
RAM: GSkill Sniper Series 8GB (4x2gb) DDR3 1866 x2
GPU: Sapphire Radion 6970 2GB
SSD: Corsair 120GB
PSU: Corsair AX850
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium OEM

When I try to boot up the CPU with more than 1 RAM module installed, nothing happens. All modules appear to work. When I try to enter the POST screen via the Tab button, I am unable to do so. Windows just continues to boot. How can I fix this.

Thanks in advance to any and all assistance that can be provided.

Go to this link and check out the supported RAM details for this board. I think it is possible that you may need to update the BIOS.
