G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1866 running at 933

Hi everyone - installed my G Skills and checked CPU-Z. Says it's running at 933. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesnt DDR2 get divided by 2 in CPU-Z. If this is the case, how is DDR3 handled? If it should be divided by 3, how come my ram shows its running at 933?

Oh and other info: I've enabled XMP profile 1 & 2. Neither work. I have my RAM voltage at 1.6V.

DDR is double data rate, so 933x2 is 1866.

Yes thanks. After doing more searching I realized this is a noob question. Please discard. I also saw I can probably push for 2133mhz on this RAM. Thanks:
