Ads while browseing the net and forums

is there anyway too block ads on forums and websites ( you probably know what i mean) the stupid ones with teeth whiteing ect and dating ads ,

Switch to Firefox and add a Flash blocker plug-in -- can do the same with Opera -- but manually.
