I am ordering a build for a friend and I am buying him 4 case fans - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... but his Motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... only has one case fan connector (not including his CPU Fan Connector) so how do I plug in all these fans?

Choose case fans that come with Molex adapters. These cables will turn the 3-pin fan cable into a Molex power plug, which you can attach to the power supply directly without worrying about the mobo. There are none of these on Newegg for anything like the remarkably cheap price of that Rosewill set, but I think it's the only way.
What's the case? Are you sure it needs four fans?

That looks perfect. You can even control them with the mobo. I think (get verification on this somehow) that you can just plug a 3-pin into its 4-pin CPU header.
