I tried running team fortress 2 on my system (upgraded the cpu recently) and the frame rates were a joke (at least 15 or 20) with everything on full (resultion wasn't in HD); I also tried company of heroes and was getting some missing textures. But Dirt 3 ran perfectly as did ANNO 2070 with everything on high or above (60+ fps)

Phenom II X4 955 BE (stock clocked)
785G chipset Gigabyte Mobo
6 Gigs ram (Patriot gamer)
Ultra LSP 650 Watts
Now, I know the chipset is...a bottle neck, but I`m guessing the frame drops in TF2 and CoH are due to the DX 11 card running DX9 based stuff? I understand that Ultra isn't the best, but they haven't given me issues. Is my system getting damaged by lack of wattage, or is it just a DX9 compatability issue?
If I should get a new PSU, what's a good brand below 100$ (or around at least)?
