Need Help Deciding on Motherboard

Hey, i'm trying to decide on which motherboard to get for my new computer. Details of what I'm looking for in the motherboard are listed below.

Great featureset for the price.

built in high quality Creative sound, 4-way SLI capable, 4x SATAIII, good overclocking, good auto-overclocks also.

Also it runs CPUs higher at stock also without overclocking, compared to, say an Asus, because of their modification of Speedstep. With no change in energy consumption/heat, etc..
