Hey, i'm trying to decide on which motherboard to get for my new computer. Details of what I'm looking for in the motherboard are listed below.

My current build:
Intel Core i5 3570K
G.Skill Ares Series 8GB
Seagate Barracuda 3TB
Samsung 840 Pro Series SSD 256GB
SeaSonic X Series X-850
MSI GTX 670 Power Edition
Corsair Carbide 500r

ASRock Z77 OC Formula
AsRock Z77 Professional
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
ASRock Z77 Extreme6
ASRock Z77 Extreme4

Price range: Below $250

Intel Z77
LGA 1155
At least 4 Sata 3Gb/s
At least 4 Sata 6Gb/s

Want (not needed but preferred):
Dual 10/100/1000Mbps LAN speed
4+ USB 3.0 Rear Panel Ports
2+ USB 2.0 Rear Panel Ports
2+ USB 3.0 Internal I/O Connectors
4+ USB 2.0 Internal I/O Connectors
4+ Fan Headers (would prefer not to have to buy a 5.25" external fan controller bay)

Will be using this setup for:
Medium Gaming
Everyday use
Small/Medium Overclocking

I've been reading reviews but for every good review I find, I also find a not-so-good review. So I'm asking all of you what motherboard you think I should get. Thank you everyone!

Great featureset for the price.

built in high quality Creative sound, 4-way SLI capable, 4x SATAIII, good overclocking, good auto-overclocks also.

Also it runs CPUs higher at stock also without overclocking, compared to, say an Asus, because of their modification of Speedstep. With no change in energy consumption/heat, etc..
