Absolutely NOT. The 1090T is a hex core that is up for pretty much anything. The more likely scenario would be the CPU holding back a beast of a card like the 680. However in this instance your CPU and 680 are sufficiently matched( yes the 680 is the powerhouse in this configuration ) and will not cause issues.
