2x2gb g skill 1333 ram
seagate barracuda 7200rpm 1TB

I want to get hd6950 1 gb graphics card
and i have a coolermaster gx 550 watt psu
will this run and is their any bottlenecks
also is their any recommendations

btw i bought everything expect the graphics card

Yes it will run; Al-though if you're just starting to build, i would go with Intel! But if you already have the parts then go ahead....
The reason i say Intel is because they have more cache for the money and smaller capacitors.

You should be okay at 550w ...

A C3 PhII 965 with a little cranking should not severely impact your gaming or power, and will not hold back the HD6950.

If you want to shoot for 'crazy clocks' on both the CPU and GPU an 80-plus 650w would be a good plan
