Missing file

When I start my PC i get message missing file IM32FAX DIL how do I find this or how do I delete it i have win 7 home premium

the second word is DLL -- try using Windows Search but, presumably, the file is either missing or corrupt. Looks as though it has something to do with Fax program probably connected with a Lexmark printer -- so if you have one of those, reinstall its driver and software.
