Can ati catalyst control center be installed in any laptop

Hello,
i've compaq laptop cq40-108tu.
i connected the hdmi wire with laptop and then with the tv, but it didn't fill the screen, as to it didn't get full size on tv.
i;ve MObile Intel 4 series express chip in my device manageer under Display adapter. i want to knoww how to install ATI CCC and if i can install it or not?? :s i am very confused. please help.

It is recommended that you install drivers from the manufacturer website for laptops and notebooks. According to the HP website for your computer the graphics processing unit is either NVidia or Intel. So the answer is no.
