Help with motherboard and first PC build

Hello, I have a problem. I do not know what motherboard to get for my first PC build. Can you post one good for my build? Thank you.

Corsair XMS3 Vengeance 8GB DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9) (2x4GB)

Intel Core i3-3220 3.30GHz

Also, do all of these parts fit together well and would you change anything?

Edit: Would like the specify this will be for League Of Legends mostly, but for some other newer games too. I already have a HDD in my old computer. Is there anything else I have missed in the build?

a 430 watt PSU is not really good enough, best for at least 650 watts.
