Ram timing HELP

I've recently got a new m/b and cpu. When I've installed my ram everything was fine. I set xmp profile and then i noticed my ram timings on two slots where different. I know very little about ram timings. Is there anything to worry about or something i can do. Heres a screenshot of CPUID http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/690/dramtimings.png/

Also my board is setting ram volt at 1.6v instead of 1.5v. Should i manually change this?
