Hey gang! I need a new computer, and thought that building one would be a great way to get to know a new side of a computer. I can pretty much whatever I want on the software side, but I've never learned or ventured into the realm of hardware. Now onto the template!

Approximate Purchase Date: Within 2 months-ish

Budget Range: Obviously as low as possible, but I want a good gaming rig! From my current build, $900 seems to be the point.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, streaming movies, general use, media center

Parts Not Required: I'm just making the tower, so I don't need mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I gathered the following stuff from Newegg.com

Country: Pennsylvania, USA

Parts Preferences: No preference

Overclocking: No to start, but I am most certainly open to trying that out!

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: Dunno, but I am probably buying a newer, better one sooner rather than later.

Additional Comments: Here is what I have so far. I really just am looking for suggestions for substitutions from experienced people in hardware, and most importantly...if what I have is compatible with each other!!

Also, what do things like OEM and bare drive mean? do I need to get additional parts for it or what?

Thanks a bunch!
