Minecraft problem

Hello, i need to disable DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct3D acceleration on my windows 7 Toshiba ATI Radeon 3100 graphics, but whenever I open the display tab in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool it dosen't give me a disable option, but it says directdraw acceleration and 3dacceleration are enabled, & also whenever i open the troubleshooting tab in the adjust screen resolution advanced options, it wont let me click on "change settings"

Umm, I don't know about to turn off that directdraw and direct3d, but why did you want to disable it?
