F2A55-M LK Plus 1866 Memory

Recently built a apu build for my friend with the asus f2a55-m lk fm2 motherboard with native support for 1866 ram without an OC. Got an A10-5800k along with 8gb 2x4gb 1866 RAM and it powered up fine, but the ram defaulted to 1333, and first attempt to 1866 it reset with an overclock failure.

Used an raidmax 500watt psu that i was using until i got my gs700, well it ran my pc without xfire and an small overclock, since he wasnt going to oc the cpu and was not using a discrete gpu i assumed it'd work just fine, which is great it produces almost no heat compared to the warm heat it produced in my system, so i kinda didnt think it was the psu, so i was thinking it was the ram timings or something but the motherboard supports 1866 without an overclock, then fails to boot with the ram in 1866. Anyone have any help? i posted this before i think in the overclocking section with no replies so hopefully here i can maybe get some help.

This setting: 2x8GB at 1866MHz with 10-10-10-27 1T timings and 1.60V

Although the mobo is different, I imagine you can anticipate similar results; with a degree of fluctuation, of course.
