Phenoms L3 Cache on AM2 mobo....

We all know that when Phenom is run through an AM2 mobo, it will not use its HT 3.0 but only uses the AM2 mobo's
HT 1.0 ....

But what i want to know is will the Phenom's L3 cache work with AM2 mobo, or it will be disabled and uses L2 Cache only...??

Phenom's L3 will still be enabled in AM2 motherboards.

On the side note, AM2 utilizes HT2.0, not HT1.0.
