AMD FX-8350 Compatible MOBO

Hello,
I am going to be buying the AMD FX-8350 soon and I have done a lot of research on different motherboards that will work for it. What are your guys opinions on the best motherboard for a reasonable price and still work with the 8350?

To be quite honest I would grab a higher end ASUS mobo. I have a Crosshair V Formula-Z and it's excellent. Easy to set up for beginners, and plenty of options if you get into overclocking and such. That mobo ran me about $200, but I think it was well worth it.

Will any of the Mobo's listed above require a BIOS update or BIOS flashing? I know that some older Mobo's need an older CPU to update the BIOS. Do these come with a BIOS compatible with the piledrivers or do they also have easyflash?

The Asus Sabertooth gen 3 r2 is brand new and wont need any of that stuff
