Upgrading Memory

Looking to upgrade memory and I'm not sure what I can and can't use as far as speed goes. I'd like to find out what the fastest memory is that my board can handle, we are constantly pushing this system's performance to the max by running multiple programs and games at the same time. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Here's my specs:

CPU : AMD Athlon II X4 630 (AM3)
MOBO: MSI 785GM-E51
RAM: 4GB Dual Channel (Not sure of the MHZ)

I agree with Rolli - DDR31600 is what you're going to want. The motherboard will support up to 16 GB as long as you are running a x64 OS (the clear edges looks like it's either vista or win7). I would get a 8GB dual channel kit and see if that meets your needs in terms of performance. If not, buy another set and you're good to go. Here's the kit I use (have 2 in my desktop):
