Spend the 30€ more on cpu or ram?

so as the title says should i pay 30euro more to get an amd fx6100 instead of an amd fx 4100 or should i spend 30euro more for 2 times 4gb ram instead of 2 times 2gb ram?

i'm not planning to oc my cpu.

I'd pick the CPU, especially with something comparatively weak like the FX 4100. That said, 4GB does tend to get used up quickly these days.

Spend it on CPU, will be hard to max out 4gb RAM unless you running virtual machines or some heavy programs like CAD, photoshop.

why a phenom II and wich one?

get a phenom ii 955 or better, maybe even a 1090t (because they generally have better performance on single threaded programs and similar performance on games)

the fx6100 has a higher rank than the 955 and the 1090t is in the netherlands like 30-40euros more but the phenom II 955 is 23euros cheaper than the fx6100

so is that worth it?
