Some One Using my Picture and Private Data on this forum to post BAD Review intentionally , whom should i mail to make a complain?

This person is Using my Picture and personal Data just taking a fake name. whom should i complain and how?

I believe such scam will be a bad turn out for this nice site. so admin please take some action.
