Low budget pc help.

Alright so I need to get a very low budget desktop "gaming" pc, but i have no idea were to start. I would like to stream games like WoW and League of legends at high or maxed settings (minus shadows).

All i have right now is a 1GB 9800GT
And a 500W Antec Basiq BP500U 500 Watt PSU

So i need a:
Case
Motherboard
CPU
Ram
HDD
And anything else i cant think of lol.

Like i said i have a very low budget, like $250 or even less....

I know my graphcis card aint the best but its all i have to work with, and if i have to upgrade my psu i will.
