Password reset

I can't get into my new computer. It's asking for a password reset disc

Bummer.

Most forums do not allow posts that talk about techniques to reset passwords. Many (not all) of the tools out there are MALWARE and will break your system, but you don't need those.

It's a new system, call your support number. They will have you boot off the restore partition and wipe the machine clean.
