How long will my build last?

Ok so here is the build I'm buying in January 2012:

CPU: Intel Core i3-2120 3.3Ghz
Mobo: Asus P8H67 V
GPU: Gainward GTX 560 Ti Phantom
RAM: Corsair XMS3 1333Mhz 8Gb
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1Tb SATA6
PSU: Corsair GS600
Case: Zalman Z9 Plus
Monitor: BenQ HD2220
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Here are some factors: I don't plan to SLI. I don't plan to play games on a higher resolution than 1920 x 1080. Will I have to upgrade my CPU and Motherboard when the Ivy Bridge gets released or can this build last me 2 - 3 years?

I'm not sure, but it might be that H67 will support Ivy Bridge with just a BIOS update... I know that P67 will.

EDIT: Just checked Asus website, still no BIOS update for H67 boards while P67 already got it. Why not go for a good P67 board right away? That will leave you an option to upgrade to IB later if you need to...

I'm assuming this is a budget build of sorts? The i3 + 560Ti is a good combination for those tight on cash, because the i3 can actually perform pretty well in games, and having a stronger GPU is more important for games since they tend to be GPU-limited.

There are probably some cheaper P67/Z68 boards out now that meet your needs but also have Ivy Bridge expandability if you're looking for that sort of thing.

I think you'd be fine with that system for 2 to 3 years. That i3 can push powerful graphics cards just fine and the 560 ti is a great card. Like others have said just use a mobo that gives you Ivy options in case you want to bump up a few tiers. Get yourself a budget (if you are on a budget) SSD to use as a system/demanding game drive. It won't affect FPS so much but it'll cut down boot/lvl loading times a lot.

Mmm I think I'll be better of (money wise) with the H67 & i3 Sandy Bridge. If like Larkspur said above, my build lasts me for say 1.5 years, I would probably only need to get a new motherboard and CPU, as the GTX 560 Ti (stock) is stong enough for 1080p to get 30+ fps. Later on I can always overclock it from 835Mhz to 950Mhz.
