I got a new Asus Crosshair IV Formual for $90 on ebay, it came out in 2010 but it is still a great board.

have you picked out a cpu yet? if not i suggest this MoBo and this and one of these two CPU's btw is a APU which in case you didnt know (CPU+GPU=APU) also the two APU's are the same brand but one is better than the other (in both cpu and gpu) + it cost more.

I have a HP PAVILION MEDIA CENTER M8200N DESKTOP PC and i was wondering if I could get the Dell Alienware Area 51 ALX i7 LGA1366 System Main Motherboard (W51GK J560M)

The model HP you have has an Athlon processor and the Alienware mobo you asked about is for Intel.

i dont suggest buying any MoBo that take ddr2 memory...ddr4 is about to come thats why if you cant wait then get a MoBo that take ddr3 memory other wise in my opinion ur just giving away performance..

Good catch on the DDR2, didn't even notice that, but it was the only AM2 mobo available and just wanted to show what kind of mobo he needed to use with current CPU since that's what he asked about.
