Help me finding a ssd for my motherboard please.

I am so so confused with what kind of details I need to look at the motherboard to upgrade my motherboard to ssd.

Is SATA III and sata 3gb/s the samething?

this is the motherboard Im using it right now
and if I wanted to upgrade my hdd to ssd, do i need to upgrade my motherboard first?
if not, can you explain me what to look for in ssd?

examples would help alot.
