Looks like a decent rig, a few things. Could you maybe get a quad core CPU maybe wait another week or something. But if not then the CPU is fine. Also the Power Supply looks a little cheap. I have only heard bad things about that brand. But another user maybe able to help you more. That does looks a good little rig.

I would be willing to wait up until January 13th. I may change the cpu and power supply any suggestions?
