Looks like a decent rig, a few things. Could you maybe get a quad core CPU maybe wait another week or something. But if not then the CPU is fine. Also the Power Supply looks a little cheap. I have only heard bad things about that brand. But another user maybe able to help you more. That does looks a good little rig.

This reaches the ceiling of your budget but it's a great build.
The i5 2400 is much better CPU, plus you get USB 3.0 and SATA 3.0 for the motherboard and the card is the 6870 so a little better.
