Will this OCZ Psu be ok for a temporary replacement ?

Long story short my Seasonic x660 bit the dust and died last night so im currently getting it rma'd.
I need a temporary replacement for the time being and the OCZ 500W ModXstream Pro is currently $35 (after mir) at my local re-seller.

My System Specs:

i3 2100
Gigabyte HD 6850
4GB DDR3
60 GB SSD
320 GB
Dvd-RW


On paper it should be ok, but i noticed the 500w modstream (see chart below) has a combined 12v of only 432w. The Min wattage on the Gigabyte HD6850 is 500w.

Will it be ok?

**EDIT I ended up getting the 600w for $10 more just to be on the safe side.

I was running a 6950 on that PSU and the rest of my components were more power hungry than yours. Take a look at this review at Guru3d: http://www.guru3d.com/article/radeon-hd-6850-6870-review/10
278W power draw from the entire system with an aggressively OCd CPU....your sytem will run fine.
